Performance Evaluation

Performance Evaluations will be conducted on an annual basis. The goal of measuring performance is to summarize ongoing professional development and to provide a record of past performance and expectations for future workforce and strategic planning.

 

Goals

Creating professional goals will help to provide guidance and direction for your position.  It will also assist with evaluating your performance and sighting areas of improvement for the overall organization. 

Perfecting Church uses the SMART goal format.  This format supports attainable and achievable benchmarks that can lead to your professional development and success.

Training

Training and development are necessary to improve efficiencies and performance. Although training will be issued on an as needed basis, we will seek to determine areas that will enhance your professional skills and growth. Cross-training opportunities within the organization will be available as well. As it will serve as a value-add as the church continues to grow.
